1. Police in Quang Nam Province has decided to prosecute two motorcycle riders for causing traffic congestion on National Highway 1A early this month.

2. Up to 55 lotus-shapede metal decorative items on the handrails of Thu Thiem Bridge have been stolen, causing danger for pedestrians and children playing on the bridge's pavements.

3. HCMC Police on Tuesday issued a decision to lay formal charge against violations at the project to build the Pacidfic Tower in HCMC, which have caused the collapse of an adjacent building and damages two other buildings nearby.

4. A 45-year-old woman in Quang Ngai Province's Binh Son District has been detained for the  past 23 years by her mother, who claimed her daughter to have suffered from mental illness. Grassroots authorities said they could not intervene to release the woman from confinement.
